Our 21st Annual KNID Agrifest 2017 is in the books, and I want to personally thank you and your teams for helping make this year’s show huge success!  We cannot be successful without you, and we are very grateful for each of you.

 

Planning has begun for the 22nd Annual KNID Agrifest – January 12-13, 2018.  Your 2018 KNID Agrifest Contract will be sent two ways this year: 1. to the email we have on file, and 2. to the physical address that we have on file.  If you are not a returning vendor and would lilke new space in our show, please contact our office for information.

  • Your 2018 KNID Agrifest Contract is due August 1, 2017. 
  • Your contract must be received with the required 30% non-refundable deposit, or with payment in full.
  • Any contract received without the 30% deposit or full payment will not be processed and exhibit space will not be reserved until the deposit or full payment is received. 
  • We will contact you in September and October if you have not returned the contract and minimum deposit by the August due date to confirm your participation and get your signed contract. 
  • We will consider your exhibit space unreserved and sellable to new or existing vendors by Nov. 1, 2017 if we have not received your contract and required payment, or if we have been unable to contact you. 
  • Full payment, or any remaining balance, is due no later than December 1, 2017. No exceptions will be made without written approval from this office and will require that a valid credit card be placed on file at that time.
  • Any contract (new or existing vendor) received after 12.1.17 must be received with full payment.  Exhibit space will not be reserved and will be considered sellable until full payment is received. 
  • Those requesting payment beyond 12.1.17, or at move in, must notify this office, have a signed contract, be approved for delayed payment, and provide a valid credit card to be kept on file at that time.
  • Unpaid vendors with signed contracts who do not show, or who do not pay their balance in full as approved and agreed to at move in, will have any remaining balances charged to the credit card on file.

 

Early-Bird Special

We are pleased to announce our Early-Bird Special!

 

  • All contracts received by August 1st, with deposit or full payment, will be entered to have a 10x10 (a $495.00 value) portion of their booth cost credited back!  All eligible vendor names will be placed in a hat and the winner drawn and notified by August 5, 2017. Vendor must have full payment in by 12.1.17 or the credit will be reversed and vendor will be responsible for the full value of their exhibit space.

 

 

Unpaid/Unreserved Exhibit Space and KNID Agrifest Wait-List

Any unpaid or unreserved booth space will be open for sale to existing vendors and those on our wait-list beginning November 1, 2017 on a first come, first served basis.  To avoid having your space sold, please have your payment and contract in on time, or contact us for approved alternate arrangements as outlined above.

 

 

Official Show Program

I think we can all agree that an accurate and complete show program is a critical piece of our combined success. We send the program to print the first week of December. We insert the program into the Enid News & Eagle, The Neighbor (another Enid publication), and the Woodward News Paper the Sunday prior to the show.  If you want to be listed as a vendor with your booth assignment in the program, please make sure that your contract is in no later than December 1, 2017.

 

We have added a check box to the 2018 contract.  If you want to be contacted about running an ad in the program – check the box on the contract and our sales executives will reach out to you once we begin selling ad space in October.
